Endurance Health and Fitness offers a variety of coached workouts in the Vernon area throughout the year based on the season. From year round weekly runs, to seasonal bike workouts, and open water swims. For descriptions, dates and times check out the info below.

Description and Location of Workouts:
Tuesday Night Runs -Effective March 21st we will meet at the Track by the College. Be ready for warm-up at 5:3pm. One should feel comfortable to run 60min steady before taking part in these workouts.
Tuesday Night Runs will move to the Trails in September runs in Kal Park-

We had a GREAT indoor season of Spinning with Laura and now it is time to head outside!!! Outdoor Bike workouts for 2017 Season will start April 5th(Please NOTE Mel will be away April 19th) with Social rides leaving from Paradigm Naturopathic Medicine back parking lot at 5:30pm – heading out to Elison Park.
Starting May 3rd we will start coached workouts where Punchpasses or Memberships are necessary for participation.

Open Water Swims: Start Wednesday July 5th and will continue through to August 30th. Be ready to swim Wednesday and Friday Mornings at 6:00am from the west side of the beach by Kalavida Surf Shop. Wetsuits are not necessary but swim suits are (lol!!!)
