Tuesday night run workouts move to the track effective April 12th
For the next few weeks we will plan to meet up at the big track by OK College for our Tuesday Night runs. Same time 5:30pm ready for warm-up.
New Location for Tuesday Night Runs
Staring Dec 1st – Tuesday night runs will start at Polson Park near the tennis court parking lot at 5:30pm. Format 20min warm-up followed by some drills and dynamic stretching provided temps are conducive -then some fun 400′s and 757′s to keep some winter zip!
