Happy 2013!

So I must say I love January as much as I love December for exactly the opposite reasons!

December is all about no real structure. You have a little extra time off of work, you have fun parties, family commitments, more time sitting, chatting and doing all that holiday stuff! January is that time of year that allows us to re-establish our structure and as a result of the unstructure of December I don’t know about you but I look forward to the structure! January allows us to think about our year to come, our goals as we set off on the journey to achieve!

Happy 2013! Let’s make is awesome and enjoy the journey!

Keep in mind that your 2013 memberships are due. We have lots of exciting events set for 2013 from  weekly training to clinics to fun treats from those companies that support us, so make sure you check out the info on how you can be part of Endurance Health and Fitness under the triathlon club tab endurancehealthandfitness.com/triathlon-club/

Endurance Health and Fitness

Endurance Health and Fitness offers personalized individual monthly coaching programs for local and not so local athletes getting ready for specific endurance events, in addition EHF also offers weekly workouts in the Vernon area under the Endurance Health and Fitness Triathlon Club.

The goal of EHF, is for you, the athlete, to be the best you can be and enjoy the journey along the way.

Be prepared for some fun and laughter as well as some hard work as you become fitter and healthier while working towards your athletic goals!

Weekly Training and Coming Events:

Tuesday Night Runs
Effective Tuesday March 21st the location for the Tuesday Night Runs will be the track up at the College. Meet for warm-up ready to run at 5:30pm

Wednesday Night Bike Rides - Wednesday Night i social rides start April 5th leaving Paradigm at 5:30pm to head out for 60-90mins towards Elison. Coached workouts will start Wednesday May 3rd
