Wednesdays 5:00pm Intensity Run Polson Park: From April- August Wednesday Intensity Interval Workouts- Membership, punch pass or drop in options available

Bike workouts starting in May From May - July come join us on the 2nd and 4th tuesday of each month in addition to the 3rd thursday for some fun in the hills 5:30pm at the bottom of The Rise - check out the monthly/weekly workout page under triathlon club for more info.
